These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Adult Gallery (the “Site”), operated by Adult Gallery (“we”, “us”). By entering the Site you agree to these Terms.

Content involving anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

4. Intellectual property

Videos, thumbnails, text, trademarks, and the Site design are owned by us or our licensors. Access via the player does not transfer any copyright. If you believe material infringes your rights, follow the process on our DMCA page.

5. Records and compliance

We maintain records as described in our 18 U.S.C. § 2257 statement. All persons depicted were 18 or older at the time of production.
